FACTS
Gary E. and Janice M. Henderberg (“Debtors”), dairy farmers on the southwest outskirts of Rome, County of Oneida, New York, filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C.A. §§ 101-1330 (West 1979 & Supp.1989) (“Code”), on January 13, 1987.
