Plaintiff, Copperweld Steel Company (“Copperweld”) appeals from a final judgment of the district court of the Western District of Pennsylvania in favor of defendants, Demag-Mannesmann-Bohler, Demag Stranggiess-Technik GmbH, and Demag Aktiengesellschaft (collectively “Demag”) and requests that we order a new trial because of prejudicial errors committed at trial.
