PER CURIAM: *

Santiago Castro-Gonzalez appeals his sentence and conviction for illegal reentry subsequent to the commission of an aggravated felony pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a) and (b)(2). With respect to his sentence, Castro-Gonzalez challenges the district court’s imposition of a 16-level crime-of-violence enhancement based on his having committed the offense of attempted sexual assault under Texas Penal Code § 22.011. With respect to his conviction, Castro-Gonzalez argues that attempted sexual assault under § 22.011 is not an “aggravated felony” for purposes of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(b)(2). For…
