Appellant filed her bill in the circuit court of Union county praying the cancellation of a certain agreement entered into between herself and her husband on October 17, 1923, and that deeds made and transactions entered into in pursuance thereof be canceled and set aside and she be restored to all her rights as widow of her deceased husband, Louis B. Kohler.
