I. INTRODUCTION
In this adversary proceeding, Debtor Deborah Malloy (“the Debtor”) asserts that Defendant J & V Developers Inc. (“J & V”) violated the automatic stay, 11 U.S.C. § 362(a). The Debtor seeks a determination of contempt and damages under 11 U.S.C. § 362(k)(l).
J & V holds a claim against the Debtor that was determined to be nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) pri- or to the commencement of this adversary proceeding. See In re Malloy, 535 B.R. 81 (Bankr. E.D. Pa. 2015) (hereafter “Malloy I”). The Debtor asserts that,…
