Anglin, a constable of Limestone county, and all peace officers of the state of Texas, seeking by injunction to restrain the defendants from arresting or attempting to arrest the plaintiffs for operating their automobile trucks on the highways of the state without a permit from the railroad commission contrary to chapter 277 Qf the General Laws enacted by the Legislature at its Regular Session in 1931 (Vernon’s Ann.
