Plaintiff, Central Bank Denver (Bank), appeals from the dismissal of its claims against the law firms of Mehaffy, Rider, Windholz & Wilson and O’Connor & Hannan, its claims against individual attorneys John R. Mehaffy, James A. Windholz, and Arnold R. Kap-lan, and its claims against James A. Win-dholz, P.C. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.
