MEMORANDUM DECISION

ROBERT D. MARTIN, Bankruptcy Judge.

On August 23, 1985, the debtor, George Woods, filed a petition for relief under chapter 7 of the Code. On October 28, 1985, Heritage Bank Beloit, (“the bank”) filed an objection to the debtor’s claim of a statutory exemption for his individual retirement account (“IRA”) under WIS. STAT. §§ 701.06 and 815.18(31). Approximately $21,242.65 is held in the account.
