McCALEB, Judge.
The plaintiff, Mrs. Hugh J. McKane, brought this suit against Stein-Hall Manufacturing Company, employer of her late husband, Hugh J. McKane, and New Am sterdam Casualty Company, the compensation insurance carrier of Stein-Hall Manufacturing Company, to recover compensation under the provisions of the Louisiana Employers’ Liability Act, Act No. 20 of 1914, as amended, for the death of her husband, who was killed in an automobile accident near Ruston, Louisiana, while engaged in the performance of his duties as an employee for the Stein-Hall Manufacturing Company.
