PIERAS, Senior District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND

Presently before the Court is petitioner’s Motion for Enlargement of Time to File [a Petitioner Under] 28 U.S.C. Section 2255 (docket No. 188). In his motion, Oscar Es tapiñan Paredes asks for both an enlargement of time to file a petition for relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 and a free copy of both his “criminal docket” and the trial and sentencing transcripts from his case. Both requests are hereby DENIED.
