GARWOOD, Circuit Judge:

Appellant, an abortion protester, appeals his conviction for violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act. He challenges the authority of the Congress to enact a statute under the Commerce Clause that proscribes intrastate, noncommercial activity and he raises First Amendment challenges to the scope of the Act and to the terms of his supervised release.
