In a Supplemental Decision Regarding Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment (D.E. No. 45, signed December 9, 2004, and entered December 10, 2004), this court awarded the Chapter 7 trustee prejudgment interest from the date of the filing of his complaint at the rate provided by 28 U.S.C. § 1961 (hereinafter “Treasury Bill rate”).
