MEMORANDUM OPINION

CHASANOW, District Judge.

Presently pending and ready for resolution is a motion to disqualify Bradford Englander and the firm of Linowes & Blocher (“L & B”) from representing Michael Ahan (“Ahan”), a creditor in the bankruptcy case of Nader Modanlo (“Debtor”), Case No. 05-26549-NVA. 1 The case is before this court on appeal from the Order of United States Bankruptcy Judge Nancy V.
