The plaintiff in this action, in his own behalf and in behalf of others who had assigned claims to him, brought this action seeking a money judgment and foreclosure of lien claims. The cause was tried to the court without a jury, and resulted iu a judgment by default against the Bergman Cabinet Manufacturing Company in the sum of $2,319.26. Foreclosure of the liens claimed by the plaintiff was denied. From this judgment, the plaintiff appeals.
