— Appellant Sondra Goehle did not prevail at trial in her employment discrimination suit against her employer Respondent Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. On appeal she challenges the trial court’s refusal to give her proposed discrimination instruction and claims the instruction on negligent supervision or retention was incorrect as a matter of law.
