Pursuant to Rule 11 of the Tennessee Rules of Appellate Procedure, we granted review principally to determine whether the State violated the Appellant’s Due Process rights (1) by introducing into evidence at his murder trial the Appellant’s confession, which contained several known falsehoods, or (2) by advancing allegedly inconsistent theories, arguments, and facts in the Appellant’s and his co-defendant’s respective prosecutions.
