TERRIE LIVINGSTON, CHIEF JUSTICE

Appellant Ricky D. Davis appeals his conviction for “Trafficking of Persons” (trafficking).1 In two points, he contends that the evidence is insufficient to sustain the conviction and that the conviction violates due process because of a variance “between the manner and means in the indictment ... and the [Sjtate’s actual theory and proof at trial.” We reverse appellant’s conviction arid render a judgment of acquittal’
