For at least the ninth time1 since the institution of the Economic and Property Damages Class Action Settlement in In re: Oil Spill by the Oil Rig “Deepwater Horizon,” MDL No. 2179, we are called upon to review the actions of the Court Supervised Settlement Program and the district court judge under the terms of the settlement agreement. That agreement is described at length in the district court’s final approval order.
