INTRODUCTION
Plaintiffs in this civil action alleging violations of federal and state antitrust law and several common law causes of action move this court for a preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order 1) requiring defendants Amorepacific Cosmetics USA, Inc. and Amorepacific, Inc.
