' BAILEY, Judge.

[1] In a previous opinion, this Court affirmed the trial court’s judgment in favor óf The Education Resources Institute (“TERI”) against Douglas Krasnoff (“Krasnoff’). Krasnoff v. The Education Resources Institute, 44 N.E.3d 781 (Ind.Ct.App.2015). • Krasnoff filed a petition for rehearing. We grant, his petition for the sole purpose of clarifying our prior opinion so as to address Krasnoffs concern on rehearing with respect to potential multiple inconsistent liabilities as a result of the judgment.
