STATEMENT OF FACTS
This is the plaintiffs’ second lawsuit seeking to recover life insurance policy benefits from two separate policies issued to James Mayes by Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Inc. (“Northwestern Mutual”). The two policies at issue were for $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Plaintiffs are the beneficiaries of these two life insurance policies.
