Morisio Chavez Rivera appeals from his conviction of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, RCW 69.50.401(a)(l)(i). He claims that the search warrant used to search and gather evidence from his vehicle failed to satisfy the Fourth Amendment’s prescription of particularity. Thus, he assigns error to the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress the seized contraband.
