Appellee filed a claim in the Probate Court for $33,950 against the estate of John Parson, deceased, for “the amount due by reason of breach of contract” for the sale of 485 shares of the capital stock of the Burroughs Adding Machine Company, a corporation having its principal place of business in Detroit, Michigan. The Probate Court allowed the claim to the extent of $16,975. Upon appeal to the Circuit Court, there were two jury trials.
