Hitherto, plaintiff has appealed the question of the true cash value of its real property, consisting of a plywood mill and the land on which it was and is situated, located in Astoria, Oregon, for the assessment dates January 1, 1969, 1970, 1971 (Astoria Plywood Corp. v. Dept. of Rev., 6 OTR 40 (1975)), and for January 1,1973 (Astoria Plywood Corp. v. Dept. of Rev., 6 OTR 57 (1975)).
