I. INTRODUCTION
Pending before the Court is defendant David Collins’ Motion for Summary Judgment regarding plaintiffs tenth cause of action for intentional infliction of emotional distress. Upon consideration of the parties’ moving, opposition, reply papers, and the oral arguments of counsel, the Court finds that there are no material triable issues of fact, and that defendant is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
