MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the court on co-defendants William Hastie, Jr. and Karen H. Williams' (hereinafter "Lessors") motion for summary judgment against co-defendant Mohamed Adballah (hereinafter "Lessee"). Lessee opposes said motion.
