*30Nathaniel Malone China (defendant) appeals from judgments entered upon his convictions for felonious breaking and entering, second-degree kidnapping, first-degree sex offense, intimidating a witness, misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury, and having attained the status of a habitual felon.
