This is an appeal from an order denying Robert Kovalic's motion for relief from final judgment pursuant to § 806.07(l)(a), (g) and (h), STATS. This motion was brought one year after our previous decision in this case, Kovalic v. DEC Int'l, Inc., 161 Wis. 2d 863, 469 N.W.2d 224 (Ct. App. 1991). Kovalic argues on appeal that after our decision, an extraordinary circumstance occurred which entitles him to relief. The extraordinary circumstance is a footnote in Perfetti v.
