—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Robert Lippmann, J.), entered July 30, 1996, which, to the extent appealed from, denied petitioner’s motion for the posting of a $1,500,000 bond by respondent pending the Referee’s determination of the fair market value of petitioner’s stock in El*182liot Kastle, Inc., unanimously reversed, on the law and the facts and in the exercise of discretion, with costs and disbursements, the motion granted and the bond set at $1,000,000 to be posted within 20 days of service of a copy of this Court’s order.
