SIBLEY, District Judge.

Eor a violation of 18 USCA § 88, tbe applicant,. Willard Campbell, was, on May 17, 1928/ sentenced formally to pay a fine of $500,and to be imprisoned in tbe penitentiary at Atlanta, Ga., for two years. Tbe words were then added, “It is. further ordered that tbe sentence of two years in tbe United States Penitentiary be suspended upon tbe payment of tbe fine of five hundred dollars.” Tbe fine was paid and tbe applicant released.
