MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CHARLES M. CALDWELL, Bankruptcy Judge.

This Memorandum Opinion and Order constitutes the Court’s ruling on an Order to Show Cause that involves serial filers who have abused the bankruptcy process by failing to prosecute any of their six chapter 7 filings over a two-and-one-half-year span. Based upon the egregious behavior of the Debtors, the Court has determined that extraordinary measures such as barring the Debtors from all future filings, permanently excluding certain debts from discharge and monetary sanctions are necessary to preserve the integrity of the…
