This case is before the court on appeal from a judgment entered by the Tiffin Municipal Court.

In August 1984, Bonford R. Talbert, Jr., was retained as legal counsel to represent Chester Matthews in an eviction action. On September 12, 1984, in preparing the defense for the case, Talbert went to visit Jesse Alspach, the rental manager of the complex in which Matthews lived. Alspach invited Talbert into her apartment where they discussed the Matthews case for about twenty minutes.
