This is a tort action brought by the appellee Alton Maley, against the appellant Robert O. Sriver, for damages alleged to have been suffered by said appellee by reason of the fact that he was induced by fraud on the part of the appellant into buying 137 shares of the capital stock of Hoosier Pump and Well Supply Co., Inc., hereinafter called the corporation.
