In this interlocutory appeal, IRA Resources, Inc., Eldorado Bank, and California Bank and Trust (as successor in interest to Eldorado Bank) challenge the trial court’s denial of then special appearances. See Tex. Civ. PRAC. & Rem.Code Ann. § 51.014(a)(7) (Supp. Vernon 2004-05). Because we conclude that the trial court has specific jurisdiction over IRA Resources but no jurisdiction over Eldorado Bank or California Resources, the trial court’s ruling is affirmed in part and reversed and rendered in part.
