Re, Judge:
This is a rehearing held pursant to an order granted January 11, 1971 upon the application of the defendant for the sole purpose of obtaining a clarification of the decision and judgment entered herein on October 5, 1970, Automotive Tire Service, Inc. v. United States, 65 Cust. Ct. 230, C.D. 4083 (1970). The defendant’s application did not, in any way, relate to the merits of the decision.
