In this medical malpractice action, the plaintiffs, Mark C. Peterson and Todd B. Peterson, executors of the estate of Christopher B. Peterson (decedent), appeal from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendants Ocean Radiology Associates, P.C. (Ocean Radiology), and Leonard A. Copertino, a radiologist employed by Ocean Radiology.
