The Court has considered Defendant’s Motion to Strike Plaintiffs Jury Demand, (the “Motion”), which was filed on February 9, 1996, as well as Plaintiffs Opposition to the Motion to Strike, which was filed on February 23, 1996, and Defendant’s Reply to the Opposition to the Motion to Strike, which was filed on March 1, 1996. The Court heard oral argument on the matter on March 11, 1996. Following oral argument, the Court permitted the parties to file additional briefs regarding the propriety of an interlocutory appeal.
