After reading the bill carefully we find nowhere in it the necessary averments to give a court of chancery in this state jurisdiction to declare a forfeiture and to decree the dissolution of the corporation and the sale and distribution of its property and to appoint a receiver pending such proceedings. A court of chancery has no such jurisdiction in this state, except that given by section 25 of our Act relating to corporations, and this bill does not allege or set out any facts showing the existence of any of the causes named in the statute.
