The question involved in this case is whether the fellow servant doctrine applies to defeat appellant’s alleged cause of action, as a matter of law.

He was employed by respondent at the latter’s sawmill and logging woods which are about fourteen miles from Walterboro where appellant lived. It was customary, or an implied condition of the employment, that respondent should furnish the employees transportation from Walterboro to the place of employment.
