The appellant, Mrs. Lula Den-dinger, brought this suit to cancel a certain deed executed by her and her husband, J. R. Dendinger, dated February 9, 1911, whereby they conveyed to A. J. Martin certain property in the city of Dallas, including their homestead, which belonged to the community, and other property which belonged to Mrs. Den-dinger in her own right.
