WATSON, District Judge.
The plaintiff brought this action in behalf of himself and as agent for certain other employees of the defendant to recover unpaid overtime compensation and an amount equal thereto as liquidated damages pursuant to the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. §201 et seq., § 216(b).
