This is an appeal of two orders of the bankruptcy court which arose from an order granting relief from the automatic stay to creditor Regency Financial Corporation (“Regency”). The order granting relief has not been appealed. The debtor filed an adversary proceeding against Regency alleging violation of the automatic stay.
