—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Kutner, J.), dated July 25, 1995, which, upon the granting of the defendants’ respective motions to dismiss the complaint on the grounds that the plaintiff failed to establish a prima facie case, is in favor of the defendants and against her dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, with one bill of costs payable by the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs, the complaint is reinstated, and the matter is…
