TACHA, Chief Judge.

On September 15, 2004, Defendant-Appellant Roberto Rodriguez-Quintanilla pleaded guilty to illegal reentry subsequent to deportation for an aggravated felony in violation of 8 U.S.C. §§ 1326(a) and (b)(2) and was sentenced to thirty months’ imprisonment. When Mr. Rodriguez-Quintanilla committed this reentry violation, he was already serving a period of supervised release pursuant to a prior conviction for illegal reentry into the United States.
