^STATEMENT OF CASE

The defendants, Akeem A. Joseph (hereinafter “Joseph”) and Roy D. Patterson (hereinafter “Patterson”), were charged by bill of information filed on May 7, 2009 with one count each of armed robbery while armed with a handgun. Both men entered a not guilty plea on May 12, 2009. A motion hearing began on November 12, 2009 and concluded on January 5, 2010.
