Buekwalter Lumber Company, filed suit in the circuit court of Newton county against appellant, Hartford Fire Insurance Company, to recover the sum of seven thousand dollars and interest, upon an insurance policy issued by the appellant, payable to Mrs. J. E. Golden, insuring a hotel building in the town of Union,- Newton county, Miss. The policy contains the New York standard mortgage clause, making the loss or damage payable to the Pan-American Life Insurance Company.
