OPINION

HUSPENI, Judge.*

Relator Shouna Thao challenges a decision by an unemployment law judge (ULJ) that she is ineligible for unemployment benefits because she quit her employment without good reason caused by her employer. In this certiorari appeal, Thao argues that she is eligible for benefits because she had good reason to quit caused by her employer after it significantly decreased her hours of work and that she was not required to complain before quitting.
