When testator died, his heirs and next of kin were his brother, John E. Bingaman, and his nephews, Charles A. Bingaman and Walter S. Bingaman, children of his deceased brother, Joseph P. Bingaman. John and Charles separately appealed from the decree of the court below, and allege error in so much thereof as awards to the trustees under testator’s will, one-half of the residuary estate in remainder, in trust, after the expiration of a life estate for John, to pay the principal of that share to the “Trustees of the Homeopathic Medical and Surgical Hospital and…
