Plaintiff, Pennsylvania Greyhound Lines, Incorporated, a Delaware Corporation, hereinafter called the “company”, instituted an action in this Court on July 19, 1951 against the Amalgamated Association of Street Electric Railway and Motor Coach Employees of America, Division 1063, hereinafter called the “union”, and also against several individually named members of that union, claiming damages arising out of a “wildcat” strike and asking for an injunction against future unlawful work stoppages.
