The appellant complains of the order overruling its demurrers to the complaint for .the reason the complaint alleges no facts to show that plaintiff had completed or substantially performed his contract according to its terms, but he does allege in his complaint that he had not performed his contract in full; and for the further reason that no allegation of fact appears to show that defendant by any act prevented plaintiff from a full performance of his contract; or that the defendant failed to perform any con*543dition precedent to plaintiff’s performance.
